Reformer Pilates: All levels, virtual Pilates with a focus on re-training the physical body to work most efficiently while increasing core strength and flexibility. Reformer required.

In this meditative practice, you'll use a blindfold and flow through Pilates exercises and as you move, breathe, and stretch, you'll feel your body release tension, strengthen muscles, and elevate your overall sense of well-being. It’s fitness with a twist — a holistic journey that nurtures both body and mind.

somayoga: Somayoga is a gentle, transformative practice that blends movement with mindfulness, helping you reconnect with your body in a deeper way. Unlike traditional yoga, which often focuses on external alignment and posture, Somayoga focuses on the internal experience of movement and the sensations within the body while remaining in a meditative state.

Through slow, intentional movements and mindful awareness, Somayoga helps release deeply held tension, emotional blockages, and stress stored in the body. It’s not about pushing your limits or achieving perfect poses—it’s about listening to your body, honoring its wisdom, and cultivating a sense of ease and flow in every movement.

wake bake and meditate: This class is trauma informed, designed for those who have chronic pain or illness, anxiety, ptsd or depression or stress.

Join for a peaceful journey into heart-centered meditation, where we will cultivate balance, stillness, and presence. The session will begin with a gentle somatic warm-up, engaging in stretches that invite openness and ease in the upper body while activating our chakras. Breathwork techniques will be used to center the mind and bring a sense of calm to your being.

Kaya Sthairyam: The immobility of the body induces the quietness of the mind.

This practice will help release tension, quiet the mental chatter, and restore a sense of peace and clarity. Meditation can be an effective tool for reducing anxiety and pain, improving sleep, boosting self-esteem, uplifting mood, and enhancing focus and creativity.

*Please bring a blindfold/scarf, pillow, and blanket to create a cozy, soothing environment for your practice.

Meditations will include remote Reiki energy work and are based on Hridaya principles of the spiritual heart as well as Shamanic and somatic experiencing.
